Wendy Williams’ husband is sticking by her side, despite the fact that he allegedly just had a baby with his mistress.
According to TMZ, Kevin Hunter has remained on set with his TV personality wife this week as she films because he’s still an executive producer on The Wendy Williams Show.
Production sources say the two are still able to interact professionally and without any obvious signs of tension, even though Sharina Hudson, the woman Kevin is allegedly having an affair with, just gave birth last week.
While the married couple may be playing it cool, things are said to be extra awkward for Wendy’s staffers, who are reportedly walking on eggshells in the days following the talk show host’s disappearance and minor relapse.

As we reported, the 54-year-old supposedly checked out of her sober living home after filming her show on Monday and briefly went missing. After her sober coach sounded the alarm, her team went looking for her and eventually found the daytime TV host drunk.
Insiders say Wendy’s bender was triggered by the news that her husband and the massage therapist had welcomed a baby girl last Wednesday, which came on the heels of reports that Kevin, who is said to have been paying cash to keep Sharina in a Philadelphia hospital leading up to the birth of their child, wanted to continue juggling both women.
After her team found her, Williams was rushed to the hospital and reportedly needed an IV bag of vitamins and minerals to help her film her show on Tuesday. Ironically, during the episode, she plugged the foundation she founded with her hubby, The Hunter Foundation, as a means to get people the help they need to conquer their substance abuse issues.
While she’s doing her best to maintain appearances, it’s hard not to see the signs that their marriage is crumbling: the TV personality was spotted without her wedding ring as she was leaving her sober living home on Monday — but the ring magically re-appeared on her finger when she was filming on Tuesday.
Sources told DailyMail.com that the former radio host is keeping the diamond on while in her studio as she figures out what to do with this messy domestic situation. The fact that her allegedly unfaithful husband is also in the studio with her might be another reason the ring is staying on.
Despite her penchant for airing the dirty laundry of others, Wendy is notoriously tight lipped when it comes to her own personal drama. So, we’re sure she’ll stay that way until she makes a decision.
