The newly engaged Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom aren’t wasting any time in planning their trip down the aisle. As we wrote earlier this week, the pair is already hard at work planning a big engagement party to celebrate their milestone.
But thanks to a source close to the couple, we’ve learned that there are some inneresting plans in the works for their actual wedding day, too!

An insider tells Us Weekly that they’re “thinking about a destination wedding.”
Ohh la la… we’re so intrigued! Since the Dark Horse singer is a California girl, we can’t help but think that they’ll opt for somewhere warm and beautiful, perhaps a Caribbean island?
Saying your vows with a beachfront view sounds like perfection to us!
Those are all the details we have for now, but it sounds like these two are really all in and excited for everything that comes with this next chapter of their lives.
The source also shared that “they put in extra time to see each other and communicated” over the last few years leading up to their engagement, claiming the songstress “told some of her staff that her goal for 2019 was to invest more into her relationship with him, and that she was ready to take the next step.”
That extra time and commitment was clearly worth it. We can’t wait to see these two tie the knot soon!
