But if there's a knock at the door of your rental, don't answer! That may sound overcautious, but it sure would've saved the couple in this home invasion flick a lot of trouble. Had Liv Tyler simply not answered the door, the titular Strangers wouldn't have been able to play their cat and mouse game with the travelers: they would've sulked in their masks for a minute before making their way to the next secluded cottage. In horror films, not answering the door almost always saves lives!
