Miley Cyrus (again)Jason Luis Rivera was stopped by police trying to break into Miley's house with scissors. He told cops: "I am friends with Miley Cyrus….She's my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years." In 2012, he was sent to jail for 18 months for misdemeanor trespassing.
