Joe GiudiceTeresa and her husband were indicted on 39 counts of fraud and tax charges in July of 2013, and then two additional counts in November. In November 2014, he was sentenced to 41 months in jail. After Teresa served her time, it was his turn in March 2016. In 2018, it was ruled Joe would be deported to Italy after serving his sentence.
