Bill Nye supported Jay InsleeJay Inslee, the governor of Washington, may have dropped out of the presidential race relatively early on in 2019, but the governor had at least one major celebrity supporter: Bill Nye. Inslee’s main campaign issue was the fight against climate change, and Nye backed that idea from the start and all the way through the eventually-aborted campaign. Ah, well. Maybe next time!
