The Little MermaidThis one wasn't in the film itself but on the promotional material, including posters and the original clamshell home video VHS cover. If you look dead center, you can see one of the spires in King Triton's castle is totally a penis. The artist said this was a complete accident, noting that the design of all the spires was a little phallic to begin with. But Disney clearly couldn't unsee it as the art was tweaked to remove the peen from the Laserdisc re-release.
