Josh Was Killed First Because He Was Late To SetAt one point in the film, Heather calls Josh “Mr. Punctuality.” This was actually an inside joke, as Josh was very late to set that day. The directors were so annoyed by his tardiness, they decided to kill off Josh first instead of Mike, like they had originally planned. It worked out for Josh in the end: he was rewarded with a meal at Denny's and later a Jane’s Addiction concert while the other two continued to film at Seneca Creek State Park.
