Chris Pratt isn’t sweating his upcoming wedding to fiancée Katherine Schwarzenegger!
According to a People source, the 39-year-old actor “has been letting Katherine take charge” with planning their nuptials.

In regards to the exact date of the big ceremony, the insider explained:
“They have a general idea when they want the wedding to happen, but don’t have the exact date yet… Katherine is having the best time planning everything. She loves it!”
The source added:
“They both seem very happy… They live together and are just so cute.”
In regards to her future stepson Jack (6), whom Pratt shares with ex-wife Anna Faris, the insider noted:
“Katherine cares so much about Jack… She always talks about him.”
In January of this year, an E! News source claimed the couple are “thinking about” having their nuptials on the East Coast, revealing:
“They are thinking about Martha’s Vineyard which is a special place for Katherine and where she spent a lot of time growing up. Chris wants her to have her perfect day and whatever she wants. It will be a big wedding and very traditional.”
The insider added that the 29-year-old’s mom, Maria Shriver, will also “be very involved with the planning,” adding:
“They will have an engagement party and bridal shower for Katherine coming up. Its a very special time for the family and everyone is completely thrilled. They can’t stop smiling and celebrating.”
Not surprisingly, there “will be no expense spared” for the A-list event.
As we reported that same month, the Parks and Recreation alum announced his engagement to the author by writing on Instagram:
“Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go!”
According to a People insider, the thespian and Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s daughter connect “on a spiritual level.”
“They click on a lot of levels, but definitely on a spiritual level… They have the same outlook on the world, and their faith ties them together. He’s really impressed that she’s vocal and unashamed about her beliefs in God, because that’s how he is. He’s constantly around other people who have no faith or are apologetic about it, but not her. She is willing to talk about it to anyone who will listen.”
Additionally, the source said the two want to incorporate their religious beliefs into the ceremony.
“They’re going to want a religious wedding… I know that Chris does, and I assume that she does, too. God is going to be a part of this marriage.”
This will be Katherine’s first marriage.
