Following spending two nights in custody after being unable to post 10 percent of his $1 million bail, R. Kelly made an appearance in court Monday morning, pleading not guilty to all ten criminal sexual abuse charges.
The R&B singer was escorted into a Chicago courtroom today in an orange jumpsuit by the sheriff’s Emergency Response team. This team is brought in for high-profile defendants or those who pose a potential safety risk, according to Chicago Tribune reporter Megan Crepeau, who was in the courtroom along with Michael Avenatti and one of the Surviving R. Kelly subject’s accusers.

Attorney Michael Avenatti came out on Twitter today, claiming there will be a second video provided, with this one allegedly showing Kelly engaging in the sexual assault of a minor. See his tweet (below):
I can confirm that we will be providing a second video showing R. Kelly engaged in sexual assault of a minor to prosecutors this morning. This tape was recently uncovered in connection with our ongoing nationwide investigation on behalf of victims. Justice must be done.
