Two More Women Accuse R. Kelly Of Underage Sexual Misconduct -- One Day Before He's Charged With 10 Counts Of Sexual Abuse

As R. Kelly’s criminal charges continue to grow, so does his list of accusers.

Two women have come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against the disgraced R&B star in a New York City press conference Thursday, claiming they were both underage when he sexually harassed and assaulted them after a concert in 1995.

Latresa Scaff and Rochelle Washington were just 16 and 15 years old, respectively, when they allegedly attended a concert and afterparty for a Kelly and LL Cool J show in Baltimore, Maryland.

Scaff said the two were picked from the crowd at the Baltimore Arena event and were invited back to a hotel suite. Once they arrived, they claim they saw the I Believe I Can Fly singer with “his penis [out] and over the top of his pants.”

Kelly allegedly asked the girls to have a threesome, but Washington refused and says she left the room. Scaff says Kelly then asked her to perform oral sex on him — to which she obliged — and then proceeded to have intercourse with her.

Scaff claims she was unable to give her consent, however, as she was under the influence after being offered cocaine, marijuana, and alcohol at the party.

According to attorney Gloria Allred, the women were scheduled to meet with police on Thursday about the ongoing investigation into the 52-year-old Grammy winner, who was charged with TEN counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse by the Cook County State’s Attorney on Friday. It is uncertain if these alleged victims are a part of today’s charges.

As we reported, law enforcement officials in Chicago and Atlanta have been seeking information about the accused sex cult leader due to the accusations made in Lifetime’s Surviving R. Kelly docuseries. Last week, Chicago police obtained a new video tape allegedly showing the singer “engaging in multiple sexual assaults of a girl underage.”

Allred said during Thursday’s presser that some of the other women she represents are concerned that their sexual encounters with Kelly have been recorded.
